Paddle is the authorized reseller for this digital purchase. Its buyer terms and refund policy apply together with any mandatory local consumer rights.
Digital delivery
Both guide editions become available immediately after a verified purchase. Except where required by law, transactions are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided.
Defective or unavailable files
If the files are materially defective, unavailable or do not match the product description, contact support so we can replace the files or help Paddle review the request.
Withdrawal rights
Consumers in some countries may have statutory withdrawal rights. For EU/EEA and UK consumers, those rights can be affected when downloading or using digital content begins after consent during checkout.
How to request a refund
Submit the request through Paddle buyer support at paddle.net and include the checkout email and transaction reference. You may also email us for product-delivery assistance. Paddle’s current refund policy and mandatory law control the final decision.
