1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit aishadigital.space, create an Aisha account, purchase lifetime access or use the Aisha web dashboard. “Aisha”, “we”, “us” and “the Service” refer to the Aisha digital planning service.
2. Information we collect
Account information
We receive your email address and a technical account identifier when you activate a purchase. Your password is handled and securely hashed by Supabase Auth; Aisha does not store or email it in readable form. We also store your chosen timezone, currency and language settings.
Planner content
We store the content you choose to enter: prayer check-ins, tasks, muhasaba items, notes, financial entries and the progress calculated from those records. Financial entries are planning records only; Aisha does not connect to your bank.
Purchase information
We store limited order information needed to grant and maintain access, such as a Paddle transaction and customer identifier, purchase email, product and price identifiers, status, amount, currency and purchase date. Card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Aisha.
Technical information
Our hosting, database, security and advertising providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, device information, page visits and interactions with purchase buttons. Aisha does not sell your personal data.
3. Why we use information
- to authenticate your account and provide the private dashboard;
- to save, retrieve and calculate your day records;
- to grant lifetime access after a verified payment;
- to understand whether advertising leads people to visit Aisha or begin checkout;
- to secure, maintain and troubleshoot the Service;
- to comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention and consumer-protection obligations.
Depending on your location, these uses rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, compliance with law, or your consent where consent is required.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Vercel and OpenAI Sites for application hosting and delivery, Resend for transactional access email, and Paddle as merchant of record for checkout, tax, receipts and payment processing. We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure page visits, purchase-button interest and checkout starts from advertising campaigns. Meta may associate these events with browser, device or account information under its own privacy terms. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
We do not give advertisers access to your prayer records, muhasaba, notes or financial entries.
5. Storage, security and international transfers
Planner records are protected with account-based row-level access controls. We use access restrictions and encrypted network connections appropriate to a hosted web service. No online service can promise absolute security.
Our providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, transfers are supported by the safeguards used by those providers and applicable data-protection law.
6. Retention
We keep account and planner data while your account remains active and for a reasonable period needed for backup, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Purchase records may be retained for longer where tax, accounting or fraud-prevention law requires it.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may correct previous planner days directly inside Aisha.
You can limit advertising tracking through your browser settings, content-blocking tools and the advertising preferences available in your Meta account. Where local law requires consent for advertising technology, you may decline or withdraw that consent.
To make a privacy request, email support@aishadigital.space from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
8. Children
Aisha is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date. Questions can be sent to support@aishadigital.space.
