1. Before purchasing
Please use the interactive dashboard presentation on the landing page, read the product description and review the legal pages before purchase. It is provided so you can understand the dashboard, its visual style and its current features.
2. Request window
If something is materially wrong, contact support@aishadigital.space within 14 days of purchase using the email connected to the order. Requests are reviewed case by case.
3. When a refund is normally considered
- you were charged more than once for the same access;
- a technical fault prevents access and we cannot restore it within a reasonable time;
- the delivered product is materially different from the description available before purchase;
- a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
4. Change of mind and misuse
Because digital access is delivered immediately, a change-of-mind request may be declined after the dashboard has been substantially used. Requests involving fraud, abuse, account sharing or violation of the Terms of Service may also be declined, except where law requires otherwise.
5. Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds. Its buyer terms and legal obligations also apply, and it may issue a refund at its discretion. Processing time after approval depends on the original payment method. A completed refund revokes the associated Aisha lifetime access.
6. How to request help
Email support@aishadigital.space with the purchase email, order number and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment details.
