1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, purchasing access or using Aisha, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Service. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded.
2. What Aisha provides
Aisha is a personal web-based organisational tool for recording prayer check-ins, responsibilities, muhasaba, notes, financial planning entries and editable day history. Features may be improved, replaced or removed as the product develops, provided the core purpose of the Service is not materially misrepresented.
3. Lifetime access
The current offer is a single payment of USD $59.18 before any tax shown at checkout. “Lifetime access” means access to the purchased Aisha product for as long as Aisha continues to operate and make that product available. It does not mean the lifetime of any individual, guarantee uninterrupted operation forever or include unrelated future products.
Reasonable future improvements to the purchased Aisha dashboard are included. We may introduce separate products or materially different paid services later.
4. Account access
Access is connected to the email used for purchase and sign-in. You are responsible for keeping control of that email account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised use. You may not sell, transfer, share or sublicense your account.
5. Payments and merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record. It processes payment methods, calculates applicable tax, issues receipts and handles transaction support under its buyer terms. Aisha does not receive or store your complete card details.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and mandatory consumer law. A refund or chargeback may cause the associated lifetime entitlement to be revoked.
7. Acceptable use
You may use Aisha for your own lawful personal planning. You must not attempt to access another person’s data, bypass access controls, disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, or use Aisha in violation of law or another person’s rights.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you enter. You give us a limited permission to host, process, back up and display that content only as needed to operate and secure Aisha. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter.
9. Religious, financial and professional disclaimer
Aisha is not a religious authority and does not provide fatwas, religious rulings or a measure of faith. Visual progress is an organisational aid only. Aisha also does not provide financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Consult a qualified scholar or professional when guidance is needed.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep Aisha secure and available, but maintenance, provider outages, internet failures or events outside our control may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Aisha is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost opportunities or decisions made from planner records. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, respond to fraud or chargebacks, enforce these terms or comply with law. You may stop using Aisha at any time and may request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Aisha develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@aishadigital.space.
